About the Role
As a Shift Leader at One Stop, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store. This includes managing a team of colleagues, ensuring the store is clean and well-presented, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the team to deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers
Ensure the store is stocked and replenished efficiently
Manage customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance

Requirements
Previous experience in a retail or supervisory role
Excellent communication and leadership skills
