About the Role
As a Retail Store Manager at Vodafone, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of sales experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be an exceptional leader of people, with great coaching skills and a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs. Your strong operational experience and energy will enable you to thrive in this demanding role, which offers a competitive salary and uncapped bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support a team of sales experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
• Manage store operations, including inventory management and customer service
• Collaborate with the franchise partner to achieve business objectives
