About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Digital Manager to join our team at Tildenet Group Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and revenue across our multiple D2C websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute channel growth plans to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Optimize channel mix to achieve short and long-term ROAS metrics.
  • Monitor and report on channel performance, including LTV for each acquisition cohort.
  • Conduct A/B testing and UX optimization to increase conversions.
  • Work with our Comms Executive to segment customer bases and deliver automations to increase retention.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
  • Manage paid digital campaigns, including Google and Meta advertising.
  • Develop and manage affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with agencies to ensure deliverables are met.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial experience in e-commerce.
  • Data-driven approach with analytical skills.
  • Experience with continuous testing and optimization.
  • Strong brand production values, with experience in a highly visual or luxury brand an advantage.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing attribution and ROAS challenges.
  • Experience managing website platforms on Shopify, Magento, or WordPress.
