About the Role
As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for working on a varied caseload, using state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities. You will also supervise, support, and develop junior members of staff, ensuring that they receive the necessary training and guidance to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring that all patients receive clinically effective, evidence-based, and appropriate care.
- Supervise and support junior members of staff, providing guidance and training to help them develop their skills and confidence.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the theatre team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient theatre operations.
About You
To succeed as a Theatre Practitioner, you will need to have high levels of focus and engagement, a passion for high standards, and a meticulous eye for detail. You will also need to have relevant qualifications and experience, including HCPC/NMC registration, and post-registration experience in a theatre setting.
