The Role
As a Theatre Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital. You will be responsible for supervising, supporting, and developing junior members of staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and experiences for patients
- Work on a varied caseload using state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities
- Supervise, support, and develop junior members of staff
Requirements
To be successful as a Theatre Practitioner, you will need to have:
- High levels of focus and engagement
- A passion for high standards and a meticulous eye for detail
- Qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including HCPC/NMC
- Post-registration experience
- Excellent communication skills and a great team worker
