About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our projects team and help the business deliver market-leading ecommerce services for clients across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, design team, and development team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Provide management with delivery timelines and capacity status.
  • Allocate workloads for timely delivery and escalate any problems to rectify.
  • Ensure quality control and testing, and provide documentation and structure throughout the process.
  • Champion the preferred tools and systems for job management and standardise client reports.
Requirements
  • API Integration Project experience, e.g. CRM & 3PL.
  • Good planning skills, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Great time management and organisational skills, confidence dealing with clients, and experience dealing directly with designers and developers.
  • Problem solving capabilities, experience handling projects of varying sizes, and experience working in a busy environment.
  • Agile, Prince 2, Waterfall experience, and experience with Job Management Systems, e.g. JIRA / Atlassian Products.
The Package
