About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our projects team and help deliver market-leading ecommerce services for clients across the UK and Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background and be confident in bridging the gap between the client and the development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, design team, and development team for internal communication
  • Liaise with external stakeholders for external communication
  • Manage key projects, large to small
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, on time and on budget
  • Provide management with delivery timelines and capacity status
  • Allocate workloads for timely delivery
  • Escalate any problems to rectify: change in scope, running late, resource/capacity difficulties, etc.
  • Identify and deal with dependencies
  • Quality control and testing
  • Documentation and structure: act as meeting chair/mediator, provide agendas, ensure notes are taken, action points are actioned after meeting, and circulated to relevant parties
  • Responsible for timely progression of jobs and ensuring jobs are delivered in line with capacity planning estimates
  • Champion of preferred tools and systems for job management: ongoing management, configuration, and implementation
  • Standardising client reports, including client reporting
