Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee our electronics manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while minimizing costs and maximizing productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacturing Operations: Oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring that production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules, including daily, weekly, and monthly plans, to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all factory production equipment is properly maintained and serviced to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve productivity across all product lines, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Policy Implementation: Implement all company procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with senior management, production staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that production goals are met and any issues are addressed promptly.
- Productivity Monitoring: Monitor productivity rates, standards, and quality control to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Safety and Quality: Ensure that all safety, health, environment, and quality requirements are met, and that production processes are optimized to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Staff Management: Manage production and warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience in manufacturing production management, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel to support work-in-progress and production schedules, and knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with production staff, senior management, and other stakeholders.
- Candidate Profile: A motivated and organized individual with a strong background in manufacturing production management, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
