About the Role

We are seeking a talented Procurement Manager to join our team at Utilita Energy, leading all procurement activities for Luxion Group.

As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing the procurement mindset, overseeing policies and procedures, and working with stakeholders to understand and deliver all sourcing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Cycle Management: Responsible for the procurement cycle, including strategic sourcing, contract management, requisition, purchasing, analyzing and managing suppliers.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with stakeholders to fully understand their requirements and provide guidance and direction on contract negotiations.
  • Competitive Pricing: Drive competitive pricing through negotiation with suppliers.
  • Contract Management: Draft, evaluate and execute contractual agreements.
  • Procurement Systems: Utilize procurement and other systems (Medius, D365, Power BI) and drive purchase order and purchase requisition uptake.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of what good looks like in the workings of a procurement department, as well as knowledge of procurement software (Medius) and associated applications such as D365 and Power BI.

The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder skills, a collaborative approach, commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced entrepreneurial organization.

A CIPS qualification is also highly desirable, showcasing the candidate's understanding of purchasing and their dedication and professionalism in this role.
