Main Responsibilities

The Sales Executive for Doors and Access Solutions is responsible for managing customer relationships, generating sales opportunities, and closing deals to meet customer needs and maximize KONE's order book and profitability.

This role involves proactive management of customer relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and working with the KONE team to improve customer satisfaction.

The Sales Executive will also be responsible for creating and communicating leads and sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team, developing existing and new customer relationships, and collaborating with the rest of the KONE team to achieve sales targets.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Industry experience or a technical background is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Sales and customer management experience is essential, as is the ability to provide exceptional customer service and problem-solve effectively.
  • Good IT skills and experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, are desirable.
  • A customer-centric mindset and the ability to understand what creates value for our customers are essential for success in this role.
