Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care and Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, with a focus on evening shifts.

As a Care and Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and our care team to provide personalized care and support that meets their unique needs and preferences.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, and who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients. If you are a caring and compassionate individual who is looking for a rewarding career in care, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Work closely with clients, their families, and our care team to provide personalized care and support
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and support

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving licence and car
  • Currently living locally to our office
  • Available to work alternate weekends
  • Right to Work in the UK
