About the Role
As Commercial Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring sustainable and profitable growth for Suntory Beverage & Food France. You will act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Growth Management functions, guiding their financial strategies and performance.
Leading a team of 11 commercial finance professionals, you will provide strong financial leadership across sales, marketing, and innovation initiatives. Your contributions extend beyond your immediate team, as you'll be a key member of the broader Suntory France leadership group.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of Suntory Beverage & Food France.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making across all departments.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial information.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Growth Management teams to optimize pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, driving operational efficiency within the organization.
- Lead and mentor your team of commercial finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
Your Profile
You are a highly motivated and results-oriented finance professional with a proven track record of success in a dynamic business environment. Your expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and team leadership is complemented by your strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Significant experience in commercial finance roles within the beverage industry or a similar consumer goods sector.
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis techniques.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans that drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in SAP 4/HANA and BI systems.
