Job Title: Production Cleaning Operative

Müller UK & Ireland is a leading dairy company with a strong presence in the UK market. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Cleaning Operative to join our team at our Droitwich Dairy facility.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our production areas. As a Production Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, machinery, and work areas are clean and well-maintained, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the dairy, including offices, canteens, and locker areas, to the required standard.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain hygiene and environmental standards.
  • Operate equipment and processes effectively, including asset care and maximising output.
  • Perform accredited chemical testing where applicable.
  • Effectively communicate with individuals within and outside of the department.
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are looking for positive behaviours and a willingness to learn.
  • Entrepreneurial Agility – Operating with discipline, showing commerciality, and embracing change.
  • Strategic Thinking – Using knowledge to achieve results, sharing and improving best practice, and thinking and acting decisively.
  • A good listener and communicator.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and prioritisation skills.
  • Effective team worker.
