Job Title: Production Cleaning Operative

Müller UK & Ireland is a leading dairy company with a strong presence in the UK market. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Cleaning Operative to join our team at our Droitwich Dairy.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the dairy, including offices, canteens, and production areas, are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the dairy, including offices, canteens, and production areas, to the required standard.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain hygiene and environmental standards.
  • Operate equipment and processes effectively, including asset care and maximising output.
  • Perform accredited chemical testing where applicable.
  • Effectively communicate with individuals within and outside of the department.
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are looking for individuals with positive behaviours and a strong work ethic.
  • Entrepreneurial agility and the ability to operate with discipline, showing commerciality and embracing change.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to use knowledge to achieve results, share and improve best practice, and think and act decisively.
  • A good listener and communicator with the ability to demonstrate initiative and prioritisation skills.
  • Effective team worker with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
