Senior Sous Chef

Luxury Modern European Cuisine seeks an experienced Senior Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team at one of Mayfair's most prestigious modern European brasseries. The successful candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen inventory
  • Develop and implement kitchen procedures to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Mentor junior chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a high-end kitchen environment
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Modern European cuisine
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during service
