Role Overview

Vistry Group PLC is seeking a skilled Factory Operative to join our team at our East Midlands Factory in Coalville, Leicester. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing engineered roof trusses, spandrel panels, and gable ladders on our semi-automated manufacturing line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
  • Operate pneumatic hand tooling, use a tape measure, and perform manual handling tasks as required.
  • Rotate around workstations to gain new knowledge and skills, including cutting materials, pressing roof trusses, manufacturing panels, and preparing finished product for transportation.
  • Focus on Health and Safety within the factory environment, adhering to procedures set out in our Health and Safety policy.
