About the Job:
We are seeking a Reablement Care Worker to join our team in Dagenham and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting individuals to maintain their independence.

Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to customers in their own homes
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing medication
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies to ensure seamless customer care
Benefits:
- £13.15 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and flexible working arrangements
- Double pay on bank holidays at £26.30 per hour
- 45p paid per mile tax-free
- Up to 32 days annual leave a year (inclusive of bank holidays)
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months' experience in care or a related field
- Degree in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Strong understanding of care policies and procedures
