Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Childcare Development Specialist to join our team at Toad Hall Nursery Group in Langley. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to our young students, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive development meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver a comprehensive childcare program that aligns with the EYFS Framework.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, observing and reporting on their development regularly.
  • Establish strong relationships with parents, communicating effectively and maintaining open lines of communication.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS Framework and ability to apply it in practice.
  • Satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
  • Possess genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and meeting their individual needs.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range between £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits package outlined above.
