We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Perfect Placement. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their service needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Upsell and promote service plans to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle maintenance.
  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Provide estimates and timelines for repairs, ensuring transparency and trust with customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a motor dealership environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customers.
  • Familiarity with motor dealership database software and systems.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of up to £28,000, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
  • A 42.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a 1-in-3 Saturday morning rota (paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate).
