As a key member of our team, you will deliver excellent social work practice, providing advice to professionals with safeguarding concerns for children and undertaking triage to establish the need for ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality social work services to children and families, promoting their emotional wellbeing and protecting them from harm.
  • Work collaboratively with parents and professionals to identify the lowest appropriate level of support needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Social Work (CQSW, CSS, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England as a registered Social Worker.
  • Demonstrable capability to practice in accordance with current professional standards (PCF, KSS).
  • Ability to use emotional intelligence, analytical skills, and confidence in challenging social situations.
  • Good working knowledge of information technology and related systems.

Working Arrangements: Fixed-base role with flexibility required, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
