Katie Bard is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to drive the growth and community engagement of our innovative tech firm. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact events, fostering a vibrant community, collecting and analysing event and membership data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align event and membership activities with business objectives.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company. As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will have the chance to develop and implement strategies that drive community engagement and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute high-impact events, including networking mixers, educational workshops, hackathons, and community socials.
  • Foster a vibrant and inclusive community by organising member-driven initiatives, such as special interest groups, mentorship programmes, and member-led events.
  • Collect and analyse event and membership data to measure the success of your initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, sponsorship, and partnerships teams to align event and membership activities with the overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in event planning, client/partner management, or customer success roles, preferably within the tech industry.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
