Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading the Technician groups in the Plant, providing strong support to them in developing Breakdown Analysis and Corrective Maintenance capability. They will also be responsible for managing all aspects of Maintenance activity for the Sections, monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of the maintenance activity, and driving ongoing improvement in GE (Good Engineering) practices.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of Maintenance activity for the Sections, ensuring compliance to safety and quality expectations.
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of the maintenance activity, using data-led analytical approaches to drive OEE improvement and eliminate waste.
  • Develop and implement TPM techniques to improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Own and manage the SAP Maintenance system for the Sections.
  • Act as deputy for the Site Asset Reliability Manager as necessary.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a demonstrable track record in Factory Engineering, preferably in a Food production/FMCG environment. You should also possess excellent planning, communication, and organizing skills, as well as a self-disciplined approach to regulations and requirements relating to engineering safety and food production.

A high level of financial understanding, including effective budgeting and management of maintenance resources, is essential. Additionally, you should have fluency in English, both written and verbal, and experience of SAP PM would be advantageous.
