We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Mondelēz International. This role is pivotal in coordinating and controlling maintenance activity within the manufacturing plant, ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Maintenance Activity: Oversee all aspects of maintenance, including technician resources, plant time, and spares availability, to optimize production efficiency.
  • Drive OEE Improvement: Develop and implement a data-driven maintenance program using TPM techniques, driving ongoing improvement in overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • SAP Maintenance System: Own and manage the SAP Maintenance system for the Sections, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Factory Engineering Experience: A demonstrable track record in Factory Engineering, preferably in a Food production or FMCG environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP PM, with experience in training and developing technical abilities a significant advantage.
  • Communication & Organising Skills: Strong planning, communication, and organising skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering safety and food production regulations, as well as financial management principles. In return for your commitment and enthusiasm, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including bonus scheme, contributory pension, life assurance, generous holiday allowance, and flexible benefits programme.
