Job Description

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to families and children in need, working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent outcomes. With a manageable caseload and integrated business support, you will have the autonomy to create positive change in the lives of vulnerable individuals.

This role offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a salary range of £45,510-£53,607, plus a £10,000 welcome payment. You will also benefit from accredited systemic practice training, a range of CPD opportunities, and a pension scheme with an average employer contribution of 20%.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a qualified Social Worker with experience in statutory settings
  • Demonstrated skills in making relationships, identifying strengths, managing complex cases, and representing children in court
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills, with ability to incorporate systemic practice model
