About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trauma-Informed Program Manager to lead our organization's efforts in becoming a trauma-informed and trauma-responsive organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement a trauma-informed approach through a locally developed framework that aligns with national best practices.
  • Lead and maintain a recognized trauma-informed quality kitemark to support policy and quality assurance.
  • Transform and realign our organizational culture to prioritize trauma-informed care.
  • Design and deliver trauma-informed training and workshops to our workforce and external stakeholders.
  • Develop a cohort of trauma-informed champions to drive change and provide support to external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with multi-agency partners to share trauma-informed learning.
  • Maintain a good awareness of current developments in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) and trauma-informed responses.
  • Achieve quality and performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree-level education.
  • Experience in education, including imparting knowledge through structured training and workshops.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding Adult/Children's practice.
  • Collaborative and integrity-driven individual with strong morals.
  • Ability to work flexibly and effectively manage workload and time.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
