About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Manager to lead our client's ambitious plan to make their organization a trauma-informed and trauma-responsive entity. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Management Team and Trauma Therapist to provide detailed assessments and support practical or therapy-based interventions to help the recovery and healing of trauma.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement a trauma-informed care strategy
  • Work closely with the Trauma Therapist to provide assessments and support interventions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including beneficiaries, carers, and community partners
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure a trauma-informed approach
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trauma-informed interventions

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Full driving license and use of own car
  • Full Enhanced Disclosure (DBS)
