Job Title: Programme Lead - Trauma Informed Services

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Lead to join our team at CCSEL. As a Programme Lead, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining a recognised trauma informed quality kitemark to support policy and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and maintain a recognised trauma informed quality kitemark to support policy and quality assurance
* Transform and realign our organisational culture
* Design and deliver appropriate trauma informed training/workshops to our workforce and external stakeholders across our operating boroughs
* Develop a cohort of trauma informed champions to drive change and provide a source of information, advice, and support to external stakeholders
* Develop existing and new links with multi-agency partners to share trauma informed learning
* Maintain and further develop our trauma Informed referral pathway providing appropriate services/interventions to support the healing and recovery of our beneficiaries
* Maintain a good awareness of current developments in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) and trauma informed responses
* Achieve quality and performance targets
* Ensure compliance with governance standards
* Keep consistent assessment records of all activity in line with service protocols relating to case management systems

Requirements:

* The right to work in the UK
* Full driving license and use of own car
* Full Enhanced Disclosure (DBS)
* Educated to degree level
* Evidence of professional experience to undertake and fulfil the key areas for this post
* Evidence of effective problem-solving skills
* Competent in standard IT packages and case management systems
* Experience in education including imparting knowledge through structured training/workshops and less formal settings to all disciplines
* Knowledge of safeguarding Adult/Children's practice
