Job Description

Coburg Banks Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team at our Malton factory in North Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain a thorough understanding of all processes on site to enable efficient planning and execution.
  • Schedule daily work streams to deliver an achievable production and transportation plan, ensuring timely completion and dispatch of products.
  • Issue daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, proactively managing stocks and liaising with relevant departments to resolve any issues.
  • Work closely with other departments to plan and successfully launch new product lines, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
  • Liaise with production employees and logistics companies to ensure timely completion and dispatch of products, attending cross-functional meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate MS Excel knowledge and a willingness to learn new IT systems.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Some background in reporting and analysis would be preferred.
  • Responsible, accountable, and motivated for improvement.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work on your own initiative.
  • A good sense of humor, a flexible approach, and the desire to work in a fun but challenging environment.
