Service Charge Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Charge Accounts Administrator to join our Accounts and Finance team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development budgets process, performing bank reconciliations, producing year-end accounts, and compiling audit files. They will also be required to prepare development budgets, support the Lodge Managers and Area Management teams, and deal with homeowner queries about their service charges and accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development budgets process in accordance with the Churchill Estates workflow
- Perform bank reconciliations and produce year-end accounts
- Compile audit files and prepare development budgets

Requirements
We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, a friendly communicator, and a team player who enjoys being part of an office-based team. Previous accounting and budgeting experience is an advantage, and accuracy and attention to detail are key as you'll be dealing with large amounts of numerical data.
