Job Description

At Connells, we're seeking a highly motivated Senior Property Manager to join our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department. As a Senior Property Manager, you will provide property management and tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting our 22 lettings offices with managing repairs
  • Offering our landlords and tenants exemplary customer service when dealing with all aspects of property management
  • Conducting routine property visits in and around our area
  • Learning the lettings process and legislation to ensure you can offer the best advice to our landlords

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving License & access to own vehicle
  • Must be very organised and able to manage their own time effectively
  • Is accurate and demonstrates good attention to detail
  • Must have good customer service skills
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Is able to work under pressure in a positive way during busy periods in this fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience working in Lettings or having ARLA (or equivalent) qualifications would be an advantage (not compulsory)
