We are seeking

a highly skilled Senior Research Associate in Automatic Tuning of Quantum Dot Devices to join the Department of Engineering Science at the University of Oxford.

As a member of Natalia Ares's research group, you will lead, devise, coordinate, and supervise research projects in this area, including collaborations with project partners, guidance to researchers and students, and securing funding to underpin the research.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing new research projects and securing funding through grant applications.
  2. Excellent communication skills, including writing for publication, presenting research proposals and results, and representing the research group at meetings.
  3. Leading a healthy and vibrant research environment within the research group.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D./D.Phil. with post-qualification experience and the ability to write for publication, present research proposals and results, and represent the research group at meetings.
