With a degree or vocational qualification in business administration or management, you will bring valuable expertise to our team, having previously led and delivered change projects that achieved significant commercial impact.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting time to join our business, with opportunities to shape and develop our operations. You will work closely with our fee earners to ensure they have the support they need to deliver profitable growth, and you will be responsible for managing a team of business support executives and office managers. Your focus will be on identifying and introducing operational improvements and change projects to enhance our overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve internal operations.
  • Lead a team of business support executives and office managers.
  • SUPPORT the business through effective management of internal processes and procedures.
  • Drive operational improvements and change projects to enhance overall performance.
  • Ensure business processes, such as client validation and pipeline management, are adhered to and quality-checked.
  • Coordinate governance structures at business unit level.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or vocational qualification (e.g., business administration, business management).
  • Experience in leading and delivering change projects that achieve significant commercial impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 27 days' holiday (increasing to 30 days after two years), private medical insurance, and an auto-enrolment pension scheme.
