We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Everyman Esher. As a key member of our kitchen management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and consistency.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Head Chef to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Supporting the smooth running of the kitchen, including stock management and inventory control.
  • Deputising for the Head Chef as required.
  • Delivering training to new kitchen staff.
  • Assisting with menu planning and development.
