Registered Nurse (RGN) - Bank - Care Home

About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

About You

  • You'll need to be a registered nurse with current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices.
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential.
  • You'll be a compassionate and dedicated individual who prioritizes person-centered care.

This is a bank position, which means you'll work on an as-needed basis to provide cover for annual leave, sick leave, or other absences. Your hours and days will vary, but you'll have the flexibility to choose when you work.
