About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans, taking into account residents' needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and supportive environment.

About You

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. You should have experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. A compassionate and dedicated approach to nursing is essential.
