About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cost Clerk to join our Infrastructure team. As a Cost Clerk, you will play a crucial role in inputting and reporting on weekly plant and material costs within our RDP system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input weekly plant and material tickets into Oracle Costing System
  • Review Purchase Order Status Report with site teams for missing tickets
  • Produce weekly cost reports and distribute to site teams / SSC
  • Check site plant books and supplier live hire reports v's plant report
  • Filing and general admin duties
  • Compliance to company procedures and policies
Requirements
  • Excel user who can manipulate data to provide easily available and understandable pivot tables
  • Experience / interest in construction / engineering
  • Own Transport essential
  • Good grade in Standard Grade Maths – probably an Higher-level in Maths
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Excellent IT skills – with experience of using PowerPoint, excel, outlook and use of the internet
  • Attention to detail and ability to monitor accurately
  • Good interpersonal skills – needed to chase and obtain raw data
  • Logical and thoughtful
  • Reliable and Inquisitive
  • Able to work to deadlines
