Job Description:

As a Senior Scientific Computing Specialist at Moody's Analytics, you will own and lead the conception and delivery of novel solutions to problems faced by internal project teams. You will also write white papers and build and maintain relationships with the external academic community and business community.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the conception and delivery of novel solutions.
  • Write white papers and build relationships with external communities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Python, scientific computing tools, and cloud computing.
  • Experience with software best practices, including continuous-integration pipelines, unit testing, code review.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Machine Learning / AI algorithms.
  • Familiarity with Tensor Network libraries is a plus.

Compensation: $160,000 - $220,000 per year.
