Job Title: Assistant General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Sodexo Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of food and beverage services, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs, and ensuring their expectations are consistently met.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in hospitality, food safety, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
