Ribbons & Reeves, a leading education recruiter, is seeking an experienced Subject Expert to join our team in Richmond. As an Academic Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting student progress and helping them achieve academic independence.

This permanent position offers a competitive weekly salary of £500-£550 and access to ongoing professional development. You will work alongside experienced educators to monitor student progress and adapt support strategies as needed.

Key responsibilities include providing 1:1 and small group academic support to students in core subjects, helping students develop study skills and time management techniques, and collaborating with teachers to identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you must hold a minimum 2:1 degree in English, Maths, or Science from a recognised UK university and have strong teamwork and communication skills.
