About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Conveyancer to join our high-performing property team in Macclesfield. As a key member of our team, you will handle a varied caseload of conveyancing files from inception to completion, building strong relationships with clients and delegating work to support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of conveyancing files, ensuring timely completion and exceptional client service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored support and guidance throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to assistant or support staff, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Service existing clients to an exceptional standard, fostering loyalty and driving business growth.
  • Respond to and raise client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of fee-earning experience in residential property law.
  • Proven track record of handling varied caseloads from file opening to completion.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to team success.
