Thornton Legal, a specialist legal recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their dynamic team. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will be an integral part of the Residential team, providing essential support to ensure the department operates efficiently.

About the Team

You will work closely with a Senior Fee Earner, handling a variety of tasks to facilitate the smooth running of the team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with clients and third parties
  • Managing documentation
  • Updating case management systems
  • Preparing necessary paperwork throughout the conveyancing process

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong administrative skills and have proven experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant in a Residential Conveyancing Department. You should have excellent attention to detail, a good telephone manner, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Additionally, you should be highly organized, willing to learn new skills, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
