Residential Conveyancer Opportunity

SJC Partners, a leading full service law firm with a large presence across the North West, is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join their high-performing property team based in Macclesfield.

The Role
  • Manage a diverse caseload of conveyancing files from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Delegate tasks to assistant or support staff, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Service existing clients to an exceptional standard, fostering loyalty and trust.
  • Handle and respond to client inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
The Candidate
  • Must possess a minimum of 3+ years of fee-earning experience in a residential property role, with a proven track record of handling varied caseloads.
  • Have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Be able to build strong client relationships, leveraging excellent interpersonal skills and communication techniques.
  • Possess a strong understanding of residential property law, with the ability to apply knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
