Maintenance Operations Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team at Skanska UK Plc. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and repair of our site electrical, mechanical, and building services plant and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform PPM, statutory compliance tasks, and reactive works investigations/repairs on low voltage electrical systems, building services, fire and security, BMS, and HVAC systems
* Service, test, diagnose, and repair process control systems and automatic control devices related to building services plant and equipment
* Liaise/assist with other services as necessary for efficient delivery of work activities, workmanship, and productivity
* Use provided test and monitoring equipment for maintaining engineering system operational performance and aiding fault diagnostics and repair
* Interrogate and adjust systems to maintain correct operation of plant and equipment

**Requirements**

* NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent with an electrical or building services bias
* Working knowledge of other building services and trades
* Excellent team working and problem-solving capabilities
* Ability to fully satisfy client security clearance minimum requirements (SC)
* Experience of engineering services maintenance, complex electrical installations, and large complex HVAC, BMS, and refrigeration plant and equipment
