We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team at Avicenna Holdings Ltd. As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our pharmacy by providing an excellent customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Dispense medications into compliance aids or monitored dosage systems, when appropriate.
- Verify stock availability on acceptance of prescriptions and check that receipt of prescriptions at the medicines counter has been correctly performed.
- Provide excellent levels of customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs and requirements are met and exceeded.
- Support the other services as required by the pharmacy and identify opportunities for the Pharmacist Manager, Pharmacist, Relief Pharmacist, or Locum.
- Clinically check all prescriptions to avoid possible drug interactions and notify the prescriber when necessary.
