Job Opportunity: Trading Product Control Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Trading Product Control Analyst to join our team at NatWest Markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver accurate daily P&L and monthly balance sheet reporting for the bank's trading desks.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Support the delivery of end-to-end financial control activity, including reconciliations, accounting, and MI.
  • Work on change initiatives, process improvements, and system implementations.
  • Maintain up-to-date procedural documentation and support systems testing.
Requirements:
  • Experience in financial accounting and understanding of revenue, profit & loss, and balance sheets.
  • Knowledge of financial control, reporting processes, and accounting, preferably from a banking or financial services environment.
  • Ability to make sound decisions to resolve problems and awareness of policies and external legislations, such as SOX, and risk and control frameworks within Finance.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can deliver high-quality financial reporting outputs and support the team in achieving its goals.
