Registered as The Royal School for the Blind, SeeAbility is one of the oldest disability charities in the UK, pioneering specialist support for over 220 years.

The Role

As a Swim Buddy, you will join our clients in the water, helping them have fun and encouraging them to swim and play in the pool.

An experienced Support Worker will be present for guidance, responsible for the personal care of your buddy while you are in the water.

Key Skills Required
  • To be confident in the water and a good swimmer.
  • To be reliable and punctual.
  • To possess a good sense of humour and be enthusiastic.
  • To be kind, empathetic, and friendly.
