Job Title: Electrical and Mechanical Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Boden Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing pre-planned and reactive maintenance services within commercial office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out pre-planned maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of building services.
  2. Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Conduct routine inspections and tests to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  5. Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of building services, including electrical and mechanical systems.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with relevant qualifications and experience.
  2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
  4. A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
