Senior Front End Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Developer to join our team at Spencer Rose Ltd. As a Senior Front End Developer, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Front End developers, setting technical standards, and ensuring high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Front End developers, setting technical standards and ensuring high-quality code.
  • Collaborate closely with architects to design and enhance the system architecture.
  • Remain hands-on in development, working primarily with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and innovative technologies within the team.
  • Ensure the application remains robust, scalable, and user-friendly.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Front End development with a deep understanding of React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • Proven track record in technical leadership and setting standards for development teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with architects and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in financial services is highly desirable, but candidates from other industries will also be considered.
  • Knowledge of AWS is a plus, though not essential.
