About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Developer to join our team at InterQuest Group. As a key member of our front-end engineering team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the architecture and development of our flagship products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance front-end solutions using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and visually stunning user interfaces.
  • Mentor and guide a team of talented front-end developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap of front-end technologies and frameworks.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in front-end development, particularly with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Proven track record in leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Strong understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric products.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
