About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Automation Manager to join our marketing team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in maximising the potential of our CRM platform, Bloomreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a deep understanding of key objectives and deliverables for seasonal campaign plans.
  • Develop and manage complex automation journeys within the CRM platform, troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with our marketing platform vendor, Bloomreach, to ensure optimal utilisation of platform capabilities across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the UX and Design team to develop reusable templates and toolkits, reducing creative production overhead and ensuring creative consistency.
  • Balance programme/automation-based and campaign-based CRM activity, using workflow and automation functions to reduce manual production.
  • Effectively manage, execute, and track marketing activity performance.
  • Analyse campaign performance to identify tactical and strategic areas for improvement.
  • Train and educate team members on CRM best practices, ensuring effective utilisation of the CRM system throughout the organisation.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in a CRM/Data role.
  • Experience in building automated customer journeys in a CRM platform, ideally Bloomreach or similar.
  • Previous experience working with Digital Analytics Platforms, such as Google Analytics Explore, Adobe Analytics, or Acoustic/IBM Digital Analytics.
  • Ability to understand data collection methods from websites and build relevant reporting inside the platform.
  • Ability to track and evaluate email and marketing campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM methodologies, including LTV, Retention, Loyalty, upsell, and cross-sale.
  • Ability to present and interpret data to senior management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and investigate issues based on data points.
  • Understanding of data evaluation concepts, such as A/B testing and statistical significance.
  • Basic knowledge of personalization languages, such as Jinja or similar.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and experience in executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience in the end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in working with customer data, including permissions, data protection, GDPR, segmentation.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes within given timescales.
  • Supporting and enabling the business to achieve regulatory requirements, including consumer duty.
